I admit that I don't have the best balance. I did Half Moon for the first time last week with the help of the wall... But today I did a very awesome Half Moon (as shown above) without the wall! I did have a block to rest my hand on and it was more like a "T" but I did it all the same! I just love doing something you never thought you could do... Hope you have a HALF MOON DAY!
