I had no idea there were so many different types. I just recently heard about Anusara and it sounds interesting. And I was speaking to a teacher today about Bikram (Hot Yoga) but I'm worried I would be the one to faint during the class... but I'm going to give it a try later this summer. Love Ashtanga! And Kundalini is enjoyed. But the majority of my practice is Hatha based.
